How it works
Most salons in Pakistan pay barbers a share of the services they do, usually between 30% and 50%. Product sales are often on a lower rate, or none at all.
Commission is the barber's sales multiplied by their rate. Still to pay takes off anything they've already taken from the drawer as an advance. If they've taken more than they earned, it shows what they owe the salon instead.
