Paying and billing
Is there a charge per branch or per user?
No. Rs 5,000 a month covers the whole salon: every branch, every member of staff and every device.
Do I need a card?
No. You pay by scanning our Raast QR or by bank transfer, from any bank app, JazzCash or Easypaisa. After paying, you enter the transaction ID in your BlackWell account and we confirm it.
What happens after the free week?
You'll see a reminder a few days before your trial or month ends. Pay any time before then and nothing changes.
What if I pay late?
There are three days of grace with everything working. After that the salon can still see all its records but can't make new sales until it pays. Nothing is ever deleted.
Can I get months for free?
Yes. Your salon has its own referral code. For every salon you bring that starts using BlackWell Salon, you get a free month. There's no limit.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Just stop paying. Your records stay safe and you can download them whenever you like.
