What do I need to start?
A phone, tablet or computer with a browser. Sign up, name your salon, add your services and staff, and you can make your first sale the same day. A receipt printer is optional.
How much does it cost?
Rs 5,000 a month for the whole salon, with every branch, barber and device included. The first 7 days are free, and you don't need to pay anything to start.
What happens if the internet goes off?
Keep working. Sales, bookings and money are saved on the device and sent to your other devices as soon as the connection is back.
Can my barbers see their own earnings?
Yes. Each barber can open BlackWell Salon on their own phone to see their work, their earnings for today and this month, and their next bookings. They only see their own.
Can I bring my existing customers?
Yes. Send us your list on WhatsApp in any form, a spreadsheet or a photo of the register, and we'll help you bring it in.
Is my data safe?
Your records belong to you. Every change is kept in a history that can't be quietly edited, backups run every day, and nothing is ever deleted, even if you stop paying.
